Thumb Screws

Knurled thumb screws are best in applications where finger pressure can supply sufficient tightening torque. If more torque is needed a Type A or B can give a greater mechanical advantage. Shoulders on thumb screws cover the pre-tapped holes and create a positive stop seating the screw flush to mating surface. The shoulder can also help prevent over tightening.
